PurrFX project update 17

Project status overview as of September 12, 2020.

Commits: From September 9 through 12 of 2020.

Over the past few days, I have done a lot of work on the PurrFX framework. Fixed bugs, did some refactoring. But the most important thing is that now you can use WAV files as audio samples. The code supports mono and stereo modes, 8 bit and 16 bit modes and a typical set of sampling rates. In addition, you can export audio samples from NSF files to WAV files.

A new test project called DrumMachine can serve as the basis for your tracker or other interesting program!
